Fernando and his crew came out and did our entire sewer lateral (60 ft.) in the rain. They worked fast and efficiently and left us with good quality work. They had to jackhammer quite a bit of concrete from the side and front of our house, but after they finished and laid the new concrete, it looks better than it did before. Also, there was a hinge on our gate that had broken several months ago and I hadn’t repaired it because we don’t use the gate very often. Without saying anything or taking credit for it, Fernando replaced the hinge for us. I didn’t find out until after they had finished their work and left. For me, this small detail reveals a person who is truly dedicated to customer service. Having someone on your team who would go so far above and beyond the requirements of the job is a great credit to your company. I think Fernando and his whole crew deserve some kind of recognition for coming out and working in the conditions they did, and for leaving us with such a positive impression of 24/7 Rooter and Plumbing.

I have an interesting plumbing setup, and he listened to me and followed my suggestions for clearing my clogged pipes. Friendly (and way more so than the other companies I called), fast, and helpful in an evening plumbing emergency. Was not cheap, but I don't think these situations usually are, and they offered a warranty and other benefits for the cost. The service person was good at communicating and got it fixed! Life saver! We had sewage backing up in our drains and our toilets were clogged and we couldn't figure out what to do. So we called the professionals!! Once our technician arrived and papers were signed, he got right down to it. It took him no time at all to figure out the problems and attack them with precision. Shout-out to technician Sean Summers who was as transparent as can be and was willing to work with us to get us what we needed even after 11 PM!!! He fixed two toilets in one night and completely upgraded our quality of life to a degree we weren't even expecting. I will admit it took them quite some time to arrive, but it was completely worth it and seeing the quality of work. I'm not surprised they're as busy as can be. I'm just happy we got seen to and we can safely use our bathrooms again!!!

Ask for Sean! Sean was outstanding. He came late on a Saturday night, then again early on Sunday (showed up exactly on time!). He spent hours diagnosing, explaining the options, and working through the problem (which was a particularly difficult one that required him to get very dirty). He even came back Monday to replace a piece of equipment and check in on the problem, which has since resolved after it had initially seemed hopeless. I have no idea whether their prices are competitive… and frankly, I don’t care. Sean went above and beyond to get my issue fixed as soon as possible, and that is money well spent. THANK YOU SEAN! EDIT: We had a follow-up issue with our main line, and David came by right away to address it (free of charge due to warranty)! He was thorough, thoughtful, and careful with our home. Fantastic service, thank you!

Our garbage disposal died on a Thursday evening. A technician from 24/7 came out within a half hour of my initial call, provided a free estimate, and got the disposal working temporarily (it needed to be replaced, but the new one wasn't available until the next day, so the temporary fix was incredibly helpful so we could use the sink until the new disposal could be installed the next day). On Friday morning, the technician arrived exactly as scheduled and got our new disposal installed quickly and easily. Overall, a fantastic experience following minor panic that we wouldn't be able to use our sink for some unknown period of time because of the disposal breaking unexpectedly! I highly recommend the team!

Had a plumbing emergency where my sink started leaking buckets into my downstairs neighbor’s ceiling around 7 p.m. on a Friday. They were able to have someone out to take a look that night and a technician came the next morning. The technician, Maynor, was great! Very knowledgeable and thorough. He stayed all morning to figure out the cause of the issue (severe clog in a drain pipe) and then made sure it was fully fixed. He also let me know things he observed about the house’s plumbing that were very useful since I just purchased the home. I’ll definitely use them again in the future.

For months, our tankless water heater has been turning off after a few minutes of use, with an error about blocked intake/exhaust. This has made life miserable. A few plumbers had already been unsuccessful trying to fix it and were just trying to quote us for a new water heater. 24/7 Rooter & Plumbing sent Maynor Amador to help us, and he did an amazing job. It turns out, the heater had debris lodged into components that were harder to remove and clean. Maynor was the only one who cared enough to go through each component to find the root cause. I also appreciated the professionalism of the company in general, and how convenient they made the whole experience.
