These guys were mucho bueno. I moved into a new apt and the shower wouldn’t turn off. So I found 24/7 Rooter in Yelp. Called them up and they arrived w/in 25 min.Ethan A
Here’s the embarrassing part: turns out the shower handle wasn’t broken. It just needed to be turned really hard. I felt like an idiot when the repair man showed me this. But he was super nice about it and didn’t even crack a joke.
Refraining from calling me a moron = 5 star plumbing in my book.
My wife had big problems with her main sewer line at work and we called 24/7 on the weekend. The work spanned over 8 hours and 2 weekend days with 3 staff. They really had the opportunity to charge us a lot of money and to up sell on what needed to be done. We ended up with a surprisingly low bill with great service. Brian and Aaron were excellent. We would not hesitate to use them again.Stefan H
These guys are great. Our sink/disposal bit the dust in the middle of a 50+ person birthday dinner celebration on Friday evening. My husband was *very* skeptical about our chances for finding a plumber to remedy the situation on a Saturday morning, but I was anxious to get cleaning.Lindsay K
Found 24/7 Rooter & Plumbing on yelp – phone was answered immediately by a very pleasant, efficient woman who dispatched a plumber to arrive at our house within 30-45 minutes. He showed up on time, took 5 minutes to assess the situation, gave us an estimate (very reasonable, with 10% off from mentioning yelp), and got to work. The estimate is free, so if for some reason we had balked, we had no obligation to go with this service. Our problem was resolved within the hour, allowing us to get back to the business of cleaning up. We got a solid description of the problem, along with a recommendation for a possible (albeit more expensive) solution to keep this from happening again in a year with our old, gummed up pipes. Would definitely recommend 24/7 Rooter and Plumber and would not hesitate to use them again should another unfortunate situation arrise.
I’m an apartment owner and have used 24/7 for the 3rd time now. I found 24/7 through yelp. Basically, I’ve called at odd hours because of the tenant’s demand to get their toilet unplugged. Today’s situation was I got a call from the Tenant on Saturday 11:30am, I call 24/7, they said they can be there in an hour.Curtis L
They are more expensive ($145-$168) than probably many of the people off of craigslist but I need timely, responsible, professionals who can get the job done.
Believe me there are a lot of plumber flakes on craigslist for $45-$125/hr (no shows, don’t show on time, don’t do the job right, etc). I don’t want to spend any of my time nursing them through access to an apartment, not having the right part, etc.
I called 24/7 Rooter on a Sunday evening (tonight) because my kitchen sink was clogged and 30 minutes later James came to help me. James was awesome – friendly, professional, knowledgable and accommodating. And all this after working a 12 hour shift on a Sunday. I’m always worried about letting strangers into my house but I felt completely comfortable with James and just want to give him a thank you shout out because he did an amazing job. If James is an indication of the people hired by this company, I would definitely recommend calling them.Lisa N
Note: A live person answered the phone! This was so greatly appreciated especially when stressing about this kind of thing and on a Sunday when everything else was closed. Well worth the 5 stars. (Cost to fix was $169 and took about 45 min.)
These guys were great. Professional, quick and reasonably priced. They got to my house within minutes. Once here, they took a look and ran to get the part needed before closing. The whole job was done within one hour, including their visit to the warehouse. Awesome guys! Definitely would recommend. Our kitchen faucet works great now.Jessica M
